For general site visitors we collect non personally identifiable information such as your IP address, what kind of browser and device you are using, what time of day you are visiting and what pages you are viewing. We do this to understand where our audience is coming from and what they are interested in on our website.
We also collect information such as the search terms you used to find our site, this helps us to improve and optimize our website and ensure we continue to deliver relevance and value to our visitors.
For newsletter subscribers we may require first and last names, company name and an email address, we do this so we can tailor and personalise our communications to you.
For registered users downloading gated content we may require additional information such as industry, company role, and phone number. We do this as we want to create a long term relationship and may reach out if we believe we can provide additional value to you by doing so.
Providing this information is optional, you can choose not to provide us with your details but, we will not be able to provide you with our ongoing newsletters or gated content downloads.
We believe in marketing and a relationship that adds value so we promise we won’t pester you.
We don’t share data with any third parties unless we explicitly tell you we will be doing this. Instances where this will happen are where we involve third parties as part of your implementation or optimisation for example.
